Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7.08.2026
These Terms explain how Giftsy.com works, how to buy digital gift cards and similar digital products, how returns and complaints work, and how cashback works.
1) Who we are
Giftsy.com is operated by Shenzhen
Jing Dong Ltd. (the “Seller”).
Registered office: 31/F., Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street,
Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Company registration number: 73357044
You can contact us via the chat available on Giftsy.com.
2) What we sell
Giftsy.com sells digital products such as gift
cards, prepaid codes, subscriptions, and similar digital items delivered
electronically (for example as a code, PIN, or link).
Each product has its own product page with key information and instructions. Some products are issued by third-party brands/providers and may have their own rules for use (for example, redemption steps, territorial limits, expiry rules, or restrictions).
3) How ordering works
In
simple terms:
- Pick
the product and value you want. Add it to your cart.
- At
checkout, enter your details, choose a payment method, and complete
payment.
- After
payment is confirmed:
- You
will be redirected to a page where your order is ready, and you can press
a button to reveal/display your code, PIN, or link; and
- You
will also receive an email with order confirmation and a link back
to the page where you can access your digital product.
Giftsy is intended for users who can legally enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you should use Giftsy only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4) Prices, fees, taxes
- Prices
shown at checkout include applicable taxes and any fees that apply to your
order.
- Your payment is processed by external payment providers; we do not store or process your payment card details.
5) Delivery of digital products
- Digital
products are usually available within a few minutes after payment
confirmation.
- In
exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 48 hours.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address and keeping access to the email inbox you used for the purchase.
6) Important: digital products and “revealing the code”
Digital products can be used immediately once revealed.
This means:
- Keep
your code, PIN or link secure. It has monetary value and anyone who has it
can use it.
- If someone else gets access to it and uses it, you may not be able to recover it.
7) Returns and refunds
a. EU/UK consumer right to withdraw (14 days) and when it ends for digital content
If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day
right to withdraw from a distance contract.
However, for digital products, this right ends once you reveal/accept the digital product (for example, when you click the button that displays the code/PIN/link).
b. How to withdraw (if you have not revealed the digital product)
If you have not revealed the code/PIN/link, you
can request withdrawal via the chat on Giftsy.com.
If your request is approved, we will refund you within 14 days after approval, using the original payment method (unless we agree otherwise).
c. No refunds after reveal (subject to mandatory law)
Once you reveal the code/PIN/link, the product is treated as delivered. Refunds are then not available unless required by mandatory consumer law (for example, where the digital product is not provided or is not in conformity with its description).
8) If something goes wrong: complaints and remedies
a. How to submit a complaint
You can submit a complaint via chat on
Giftsy.com. Please include:
- order
identification details,
- the
product name, and (if relevant) the code reference,
- a
clear description of the issue and what outcome you want.
If we need more information to handle your complaint, we will ask you for it.
b. Timing and how we respond
- We
aim to consider complaints within 14 business days.
- We
will respond via chat or another agreed channels.
- Complaints process do not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
c. Possible outcomes if a complaint is upheld
Depending on the issue and what the law allows, we may:
- replace
the product with a new one,
- provide
an equivalent value to use on Giftsy.com, or
- refund the payment to the original payment method.
d. Provider-specific issues
Some products are used through third-party brands/providers. If the provider’s own rules require a specific complaint route or steps, we may point you to those instructions. If you contact us first, we will still try to help you progress on the issue.
9) Cashback (how it works)
a. When cashback applies
Cashback is a promotional bonus that may be available for certain completed transactions on Giftsy, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions. If cashback applies, it will be shown on the product page and again at checkout.
b. Who can receive cashback (new-user bonus)
Unless the product page or checkout explicitly states
otherwise, cashback is available only one time per email address to new users
who have completed a transaction on Giftsy and who:
·
complete
their first transaction on Giftsy as a new user, using an email address that
has not previously received cashback under this offer, and
·
at
the time of that transaction, do not already have a ZEN.COM account.
The maximum cashback a user can receive under this offer is capped at the equivalent of EUR 5 in total and is available only once per email address.
c. Where cashback is paid and how to receive it
Cashback is provided and administered by ZEN.COM and is
credited only to the user’s ZEN.COM account opened using the same email address
as was used for the qualifying Giftsy transaction.
After a successful Giftsy transaction, eligible new
users receive an email with a QR code and instructions. To receive the
cashback, you must follow those instructions, including creating a ZEN.COM
account using the same email address as was used for the qualifying Giftsy transaction.
You have 30 days to open the ZEN.COM account, using the same email address as was used for the qualifying Giftsy transaction, following the email instructions. During that period, cashback will remain pending and, once all conditions are met, will be distributed once a week, every Tuesday. If you do not open the account within 30 days, the cashback expires.
d. How the cashback amount is shown
Cashback may be displayed as a percentage on the product page or at checkout. The actual cashback amount is always limited to EUR 5 cap (or its equivalent in the transaction currency), even if the percentage displayed would produce a higher amount.
e. Existing ZEN.COM users
If you already have a ZEN.COM account, you are not eligible for the new-user bonus described above. Separate offers for existing ZEN.COM users may be available in the ZEN Deals section in the ZEN app and are governed by ZEN’s terms.
f. ZEN terms apply
Cashback is subject to the ZEN Pay Cashback Terms (available here) and ZEN.COM account terms (available here). Any taxes, duties, levies, reporting obligations or similar obligations arising from receipt or use of cashback under this offer are solely the user’s responsibility.
g. Refunds and disputes
If an order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back, any cashback associated with that transaction may be adjusted or reversed in accordance with the ZEN Pay Cashback Terms.
10) Promotions and discount codes
We may provide:
- discount
codes
(reduce the cart price), and/or
- cashback

Codes:
- must
be entered in the cart/checkout field and confirmed,
- are
valid only during their promotional period,
- may
have restrictions (minimum spend, selected products),
- may not always be combinable with other promotions (we will state rules for the promotion).
11) Security, fraud prevention, and prohibited misuse
To protect customers and the platform:
- we
use monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity;
- we
may decline a transaction and cancel an order if fraud or abuse is
suspected;

- provide
false information or impersonate others,
- attempt
unlawful use of payment methods,
- attempt
money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing,
- misuse
the platform (including illegal content or abusive behaviour).
Where required, we may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities and take steps to comply with legal obligations (including blocking transactions where legally required).
12) Liability (what we are and are not responsible for)
We are responsible for:
- delivering
your order as described, and
- ensuring
products we sell are provided in conformity with applicable consumer
rules.
We are not responsible for:
- failures
or delays caused by external payment systems,
- issues
caused by your device, internet access, incorrect email address, or misuse
of the product,
- unauthorised
use of your payment method by third parties (you should contact your card
issuer/payment provider immediately if you suspect this),
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain consumer protections.
