1. The administrator of the “Player.pl” platform is TVN Spółka Akcyjna sp. j., registered under Polish law with registration number KRS 0000871610, headquartered at ul. Wiertnicza 166, 02-952 Warsaw, Poland (“TVN”).
2. To redeem the Code, you must be a registered and logged-in user of Player.pl (use the “Log in” button). If you don’t have an account on Player.pl, you must register first (click “CREATE ACCOUNT” in the top right corner of the page), accept the Player.pl Store Terms and Conditions, and read the Privacy Policy before redeeming the Code and accessing the Player.pl service.
3. The Code can be redeemed until November 30, 2025 (11:59 p.m. CET) and grants 30 days of access to the “Player (with ads) + LIVE TV” package from the moment of activation. After 30 days, your subscription will automatically expire. Visit your Player.pl account to check the exact expiration date.
4. The Code can be redeemed at https://sklep.player.pl/moj-kod and cannot be exchanged for any other type of access.
5. The Code is single-use and non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other discount coupons, promotions, or special offers. It has no monetary value, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Code cannot be reused, even in case of subscription change or cancellation. Misuse of the Code, including public sharing or sale, is strictly prohibited.
6. If you already have an active subscription on Player.pl, check the Player.pl Store Terms and Conditions to see the order in which your packages will be applied after redeeming the Code.

After completing your purchase, you'll receive a digital code for your TVN Player account via email.
This code can be redeemed immediately on the TVN Player website or app, giving you instant access to stream the latest series, movies, and exclusive shows without any delay.

Your Player e-card code must be activated within 180 days (approximately 6 months) from the date of purchase. Once you redeem the code, the subscription balance is applied to your account for the purchased subscription period (for example, 30 days for a monthly package). We recommend you redeem your code as soon as possible after purchase to avoid any issues with code validity and ensure you don't miss out on your streaming time!
